Appraisal Education

The Wyoming Property Tax Division is responsible for providing assessment education and training to Wyoming County Assessors and their employees.  The Division’s education program focuses on offering training which presents generally accepted appraisal techniques and assessment methodologies which encourage uniformity and equity.  All training and guidance offered by the Property Tax Division conforms with State Statutes and Department of Revenue Rules governing tax appraisal.
