2026 Personal Property Trending Factors
The Department has uploaded the 2026 Personal Property Trending Factors to all 23 counties. This data has been appended to the TLKPPPOGTYPEFACTORS table. Also, a PDF copy of these factors have been uploaded to the Division's website under Commercial & Industrial > Publications > 2026 Trending Factors. 2026 AG Land Cost Data
The AG Land Cost Data (TLKPABSTRACTAGLANDCOST) for 2026 have been updated and deployed to RealWare in all 23 counties. A PDF copy of the 2026 Ag Land Valuation Study has been uploaded to the Property Tax Division's website under Agricultural > Publications.
